Thank you for sharing, Josh. Processing anger sucks! It seems harder during the day. At night I'll put my headphones on and dance in the garden. Last night it was in the pouring rain and I ending up just laying down in the clover, arms wide open to let it wash through me. Water helps.

Keep dancing. It aids clarity, reduces anger stress, and feels so good!

Thanks for sharing what sounds like a cathartic experience and the insights you gained, Josh.

Here's something I do that might be helpful. When I wake up in the morning, if I'm feeling a strong emotion, I lie there and feel it as intensely as I can for as long as I need to. Then I let it dissolve into the love I feel for life that seems to underlie everything.

Sometimes it feels like those big emotions just want to be witnessed, and felt.

Beautiful! Yes my practice is witness every emotional charge that arises and hold it unconditionally but with no agenda or intention except to allow presence to integrate it. They are almost always from core trauma experiences.
